Healthy Kids, Healthy Families is brought to you by USO Fort Campbell and sponsored by the Nashville Predators Foundation. The monthly program is a staple in our community to help keep kids healthy through wellness, food and connection programming. January’s edition of Healthy Kids, Healthy Families is KIDS YOGA! Let’s learn about deep breathing exercises, ways to incorporate stretching in to daily routines and more! Printed resources will be included in your activity pack. Each family will get to take home a child’s yoga mat & healthy snack.
This program is aimed at children ages 5 to 10. One per child. Pick up for Healthy Kids, Healthy Families KIDS YOGA is on January 15th from 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the USO Fort Campbell. We do ask that you send a photo of your family enjoying the program so that we can share with our sponsor and continue to deliver these incredible programs.
